Abstract: Ein Forschungsprojekt der Zürcher Hochschule Winterthur und der Universität Neuenburg kommt zum Schluss, dass sich Investitionen in die Gesundheitsförderung und Prävention volkswirtschaftlich lohnen: Deren Gesamtnutzen für die Bevölkerung ist deutlich grösser als es die Kosten für die Allgemeinheit sind. Damit untermauert die erste umfassende ökonomische Untersuchung von Präventionsmassnahmen in der Schweiz die grosse Bedeutung eines Präventionsgesetzes.

Abstract: Un projet de recherche de l’Université de Neuchâtel et de la Haute école zurichoise de Winterthour arrive à la conclusion que les investissements pour la promotion de la santé et pour la prévention sont économiquement avantageux : le bénéfice global qu’en tire la population dépasse largement les coûts assumés par la collectivité. Ainsi, la première étude économique complète des mesures de prévention en Suisse vient confirmer l’importance d’une loi sur la prévention.

Sie bestehen aus einem Set mit zwei Getränkedosen – eine Dose mit einer Alkoholmischung die andere mit einer Süssgetränkemischung – sowie einem Shaker. Und sie werden in einer trendigen Verpackung mit Tragegriff angeboten. Fallen diese Getränke unter die normale Spirituosensteuer oder unter die Sondersteuer für Alcopops? Das Bundesverwaltungsgericht hat entschieden: Die süssen «Zweikomponenten-Cocktails» sind Alcopops.

Abstract: Elles s’appellent «Tequila Sunrise», «Lady Killer» ou «Sex on the Beach». Elles sont constituées d’un set comprenant un shaker et deux canettes, l’une contenant un mélange d’alcools et l’autre un mélange de boissons sucrées. Enfin, elles sont présentées dans un emballage moderne muni d’une poignée. Ces boissons sont-elles soumises à l’impôt normal sur les boissons spiritueuses ou à l’impôt spécial sur les alcopops? Le Tribunal administratif fédéral (TAF) a tranché: les cocktails alcoolisés composés de deux éléments sont des alcopops.

Vengono offerte in un’elegante confezione con maniglia per il trasporto. Queste bevande sono assoggettate alla normale imposta sulle bevande spiritose o all’imposta speciale sugli alcopop? Il Tribunale amministrativo ha deciso che i «cocktail bicomponenti» sono alcopop.

Abstract: Le Conseil national a accepté l’initiative parlementaire sur le cannabis et les mendes d’ordre. Les professionnels des addictions se réjouissent de ce changement qui va enfin apporter un peu de clarté dans la réglementation du cannabis. Il donne un signal fort en faveur de la prévention et de l’intervention précoce.
