| Abstract |
Le statut de CAARUD (Centre d’accueil et d’accompagnement à la réduction des risques chez les usagers de drogues) est accessible depuis 2006 aux structures (boutiques, échange de seringues, équipes de rue, médiation…) assurant des missions de réduction des risques dans le champ des drogues. Les CAARUD reçoivent en majorité des usagers qui, s’ils peuvent être suivis par le système de soins, spécialisé ou non en addictologie, connaissent, en moyenne, des usages moins maîtrisés que l’ensemble des consommateurs et des situations sociales plus précaires. Afin de disposer d’indicateurs de suivi des caractéristiques des usagers pris en charge et de contribuer à mieux adapter les réponses des professionnels et des pouvoirs publics aux évolutions des besoins de cette population, l’OFDT réalise tous les deux ans une enquête nationale, auprès des usagers accueillis, dite “ ENa-CAARUD ”. Ce numéro de Tendances présente les principaux résultats de la deuxième édition de cette enquête, réalisée en 2008. L’intégralité des résultats fait l’objet d’un rapport à paraître. |

| Abstract |
Le dispositif national d’observation TREND a été mis en place par l’OFDT en juin 1999 afin d’identifier et décrire l’évolution des tendances et des phénomènes liés aux produits illicites ou détournés de leur usage. Ce numéro de Tendances constitue une synthèse des principaux résultats de l’année 2009, laquelle marque le onzième exercice d’observation consécutif du réseau. Cette présentation s’appuie notamment sur les rapports de sites des sept coordinations du dispositif et intègre les informations produites par les systèmes d’information partenaires afin de réaliser un recoupement de l’information. Trois phénomènes marquants ont été observés lors de l’année 2009. Deux concernent l’espace festif avec le bouleversement du marché des drogues de synthèse consécutif à la pénurie de la MDMA et le développement de l’usage de kétamine hors de son cadre traditionnel. Le troisième concerne l’espace urbain avec l’extension géographique de l’usage de crack. |
