De nombreux produits accessibles et utilisés quotidiennement contiennent des solvants, des gaz ou d’autres substances volatiles (p. ex. colles, dissolvants pour ongles) qui ont un effet enivrant lorsqu’on les inhale. En Suisse aussi, des enfants et jeunes expérimentent précocement de tels produits à inhaler, qui sont souvent consommés lors de rituels de groupes. L’usage de ces substances, surtout à long terme, comporte d’importants risques d’atteintes physiques, psychiques et sociales. |

| Abstract |
Rund 2 Millionen Menschen in der Schweiz rauchen Tabakwaren und noch viel mehr Menschen rauchen passiv mit. Tabakbedingte Krankheiten und frühzeitige Todesfälle fordern einen hohen Tribut an gesellschaftlichen Kosten und menschlichem Leid. Die grosse Mehrheit beginnt mit dem Rauchen schon im Jugendalter. Fast alle Rauchenden wissen um die gesundheitlichen Risiken des Rauchens und viele versuchen, den Tabakkonsum aufzugeben. Es wird ihnen nicht leicht gemacht. Das Angebot an Tabakwaren ist gross und der Zugang dazu leicht. Zudem hat die Tabakindustrie ökonomisch und politisch einen starken Einfluss. |

Elles sont constituées d’un set comprenant un shaker et deux canettes, l’une contenant un mélange d’alcools et l’autre un mélange de boissons sucrées. Enfin, elles sont présentées dans un emballage moderne muni d’une poignée. Ces boissons sont-elles soumises à l’impôt normal sur les boissons spiritueuses ou à l’impôt spécial sur les alcopops? Le Tribunal administratif fédéral (TAF) a tranché: les cocktails alcoolisés composés de deux éléments sont des alcopops. |

Il Tribunale amministrativo ha deciso che i «cocktail bicomponenti» sono alcopop. |

It is essential that the Government’s strategies for tackling crime and drug misuse provide services and interventions to all those who need them, including engaging all of Britain’s diverse communities. This manual is intended as a tool that may be employed by regional crime and drug teams and local partnerships to assist in: – understanding the legislation requiring public sector bodies to eliminate discrimination and promote equality; – identifying key tasks relating to diversity; – identifying the needs of all local communities; – engaging local communities; and – delivering services appropriate to the needs of specific communities. |
