Preissensibel reagieren gerade jüngere Konsumierende. Sucht Info Schweiz fordert daher ein striktes Verbot sämtlicher Vergünstigungen für alle alkoholischen Getränke. |

Abstract |
I risultati del 2009 confermano la tendenza a lungo termine: la prassi regolare dei test d’acquisto contribuisce in modo durevole alla protezione della gioventù. Il tasso di vendita di bevande alcoliche ai minori è diminuito del 3 per cento rispetto al 2008, attestandosi al 32,6 per cento. In totale 21 Cantoni effettuano oggi test d’acquisto. Nel 2009, il numero dei test d’acquisto è raddoppiato, superando la soglia dei 4500 (+115 %). Nel quadro della revisione totale della legge sull’alcool sono infine previste misure per eliminare le incertezze giuridiche che persistono. |

Abstract |
Les résultats 2009 confirment la tendance de long terme : la pratique régulière des achats tests contribue durablement à la protection de la jeunesse. Le taux de vente d’alcool à des mineurs baisse de 3% par rapport à 2008 et s’établit à 32,6%. 21 cantons au total pratiquent aujourd’hui des achats tests. Le nombre des achats tests réalisés a quant à lui plus que doublé en 2009 pour franchir la barre des 4500 (+ 115%). Des mesures légales sont enfin envisagées dans le cadre de la révision totale de la loi sur l’alcool pour éliminer les incertitudes juridiques qui demeurent. |

Abstract |
Die Ergebnisse von 2009 bestätigen den langfristigen Trend: Regelmässige Testkäufe tragen nachhaltig zum Jugendschutz bei. Die Alkoholverkaufsrate an Minderjährige sank gegenüber 2008 um 3 Prozent und liegt heute bei 32,6 Prozent. Insgesamt 21 Kantone führen neuerdings Testkäufe durch. Die Zahl der Testkäufe hat sich 2009 mehr als verdoppelt und die Schwelle von 4500 Testkäufen überschritten (+115%). Schliesslich werden auch im Rahmen der Totalrevision des Alkoholgesetzes gesetzliche Massnahmen ins Auge gefasst, um noch bestehende Unklarheiten aus dem Weg zu räumen und Rechtssicherheit zu schaffen. |

Europe has responded to rising concern over the use of the synthetic drug mephedrone by formally requesting a scientific investigation into the health and social risks of the substance. The decision was communicated to the EU drugs agency (EMCDDA) by the Council of the EU today, in line with a legal procedure designed to respond to potentially threatening new psychoactive drugs in the EU. |

Europa hat auf die zunehmende Besorgnis hinsichtlich der Anwendung der synthetischen Droge Mephedron reagiert und formell eine wissenschaftliche Untersuchung der gesundheitlichen und sozialen Risiken der Substanz angefordert. Der Beschluss wurde heute vom Rat der Europäischen Union im Einklang mit einem Rechtsverfahren, das als Reaktion auf potenziell bedrohliche neue psychoaktive Drogen in der EU eingeführt wurde, der Europäischen Beobachtungsstelle für Drogen und Drogensucht (EBDD) gemeldet. |

Abstract |
Nella sua sentenza del 21 aprile 2010 il Tribunale amministrativo federale (TAF) ha confermato la prassi della Regìa federale degli alcool (RFA) nella lotta contro le promesse e gli sconti per le bevande spiritose («happy hour», due per uno, «ladies’ night» ecc.). La sentenza del TAF stabilisce un precedente. Si tratta infatti del primo giudizio su promesse e sconti del tipo «happy hour». Essa conferma il divieto sancito dalla legge federale e i principi della sua rigorosa applicazione da parte della RFA. La Regìa è molto soddisfatta della sentenza, che avvalla il suo lavoro e le offre una base ancora più solida per lottare efficacemente contro i prezzi allettanti che incitano al consumo di alcol. |
