So lautet die unmissverständliche Vision des Nationalen Programms Alkohol 2008-2012 (NPA), mit dessen Umsetzung der Bundesrat im Juni 2008 das Bundesamt für Gesundheit (BAG) zusammen mit der Eidgenössischen Alkoholverwaltung (EAV) beauftragt hat. Doch wie entwickelt sich zurzeit der Alkoholkonsum in der Schweiz und welche Schritte wurden in der Alkoholprävention unter dem neuen Programm bereits unternommen? Eine Zwischenbilanz.
