| Abstract |
Evaluation of the tobacco prevention campaign. The «BRAVO» campaign launched in 2006 is part of the National Tobacco Prevention Programme. After the campaigns on «Smoking is harmful…» (information/ awareness) and «Fresh air, please» (mobilising the public), BRAVO now sends a positive message and focuses on recognition of the benefits of tobacco-free environments. It uses this positive message to further consolidate what has already been achieved in tobacco control. |

Evaluation der Tabakpräventionskampagne. Die Kampagne «BRAVO – weniger Rauch, mehr Leben» aus dem Jahr 2006 ist Bestandteil des Nationalen Programms zur Tabakprävention. Nach den Kampagnen «Rauchen schadet.._.» (Information/ Überzeugung) und «Uns stinkts!» (Mobilisierung) baut «BRAVO» auf einer positiven Botschaft im Sinne einer Honorierung auf. Mit dieser positiven Botschaft soll «BRAVO» die Errungenschaften auf dem Gebiet der Tabakprävention weiter verankern. |

| Abstract |
Evaluation du Programme national. D’après l’évaluation qui en a été faite, le Programme national de prévention du tabagisme (PNPT) 2001– 2005/08 a porté ses fruits et a notablement contribué à ce que «ne pas fumer» devienne la norme sociale. L’analyse recommande de poursuivre à long terme le programme de prévention du tabagisme en lui accordant une grande marge de manoeuvre. Il faudra également aborder la question de la publicité et prévoir de ratifier la Convention anti-tabac de l’OMS. Enfin, le nouveau programme aura besoin d’une direction forte et d’un large soutien. |

| Abstract |
Das Nationale Programm zur Tabakprävention (NPTP) 2001– 2005/08 ist erfolgreich und hat einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Verankerung der gesellschaftlichen Norm «Nichtrauchen» geleistet. Zu diesem Schluss kommt die Evaluation des Programms. Die Auswertung empfiehlt eine langfristige und kontinuierliche Weiterführung des Tabakpräventionsprogramms mit grossem Handlungsspielraum. Dabei soll auch die Frage der Werbung angegangen und die Ratifizierung der WHO-Tabakkonvention vorgesehen werden. Das Programm benötige eine starke Führung und eine breite Abstützung. |

| Abstract |
Evaluation of the National Tobacco Prevention Programme. The National Tobacco Prevention Programme (NPTP) 2001– 2005/08 has been successful overall, especially in promoting «not smoking» as the social norm. This is the main conclusion drawn by the evaluation of the programme. The evaluators recommend the long-term continuation of this kind of tobacco prevention programme with a broad range of action. In the next phase the issue of advertising should be addressed and the WHO tobacco convention ratified. At all events, the tobacco programme needs strong leadership and broad support. |

Substitution de drogue. Quelle est l’importance des programmes de méthadone ou des traitements avec substitution d’héroïne dans la politique drogues actuelle? Dépendance médicamenteuse chez les aînés. Si les excès en matière de drogues sont plus rares chez les seniors, l’utilisation nocive de médicaments, elle, est en croissance. Deux tiers de tous les psychotropes sont prescrits à des personnes de plus de 60 ans. Celles qui séjournent en institutions sont davantage exposées à ce problème. Le climat émotionnellement défavorable, le manque d’attention et les prescriptions trop faciles conduisent à une consommation de sédatifs et d’hypnotiques d’environ 40% supérieure dans les établissements médico-sociaux par rapport à l’extérieur. Ces informations ont été rapportées à la réunion de la Conférence des délégués cantonaux aux affaires de toxicomanies. |
